Since its inception, Nettoyage Joliecoeur has emphasised the importance of safety by assembling a team of skilled support and administration staff, along with knowledgeable advisors in Health & Safety to ensure a secure environment for everyone involved.

Our recruitment and induction process has evolved to match our growing business needs. It now includes 26 video courses made internally for all cleaning staff, 13 additional videos for deep cleaning and commercial teams, and additional BICSc training for our supervisors.
