Sensitive to certain cleaning products

Some people are sensitive to certain chemicals in cleaning products. This can make having cleaning in your home difficult, but not with us. If you let us know what cleaning products you are sensitive to before we begin cleaning, we will find a replacement that won’t affect you. We’ll ensure that this replacement product does just as good a job as the normal one we use.

Change of circumstances

Also, if you have been using our cleaning services for a while and your circumstances change, if you’ve just welcomed a newborn baby into your home, for example, or you’ve realised that a cleaning product that you are using is affecting you, please let us know. Our cleaning services are custom-built because your happiness is the most important part of our service to you!

Harsh chemicals

We actively try not to leave a property with a harsh chemical smell after we are finished cleaning it. If the property has not been cleaned for a while, using bleach might be necessary and there can be the slight smell of bleach for example, if you don’t like this smell, just let us know and we will do our best to offer you an alternative.

As a Living Wage Employer our cleaners receive the London Living Wage, an independently calculated wage that is higher than the government minimum wage, and based on the cost of living. The rate is £13.85/hour in London. All of our cleaning service operatives receive at least London Living Wage.
